These presentations often include PowerPoint slides, graphs, and a breakdown of spending across departments. Right now in Clark, residents can speak for five minutes during town council meetings. This gives us a chance to share our thoughts and concerns. But there is a problem. The council does not have to respond. They can choose whether or not to answer us. If we want to solve real problems in our town, we need more than just five minutes. We need a true public dialogue.
